Product Description This additive is an efficient silicon-based leveling agent. It can be widely used in water-based, radiation-cured and solvent-based formulations. It can improve scratch resistance, prevent and eliminate shrinkage cavities caused by contaminants, and at the same time, by controlling the arrangement of matte pigments, prevent uneven gloss and irregular surfaces in solvent-based formulations. Usage and Application Application system: Water-based, radiation-cured and solvent-based systems for wood coatings, industrial coatings, automotive coatings, etc. Usage instructions: The recommended addition amount is 0.05–0.5% of the total formula volume. In printing ink, it can be up to 1.0%. It can be pre-diluted or directly added to the coating in the supplied form. Pre-dilution with the recommended solvent will facilitate addition and mixing.
Packaging and Storage/Transport 200 kilograms/1000 kilograms plastic barrel. Store in a cool, ventilated and dry place.
Shelf life 12 months (unopened). After expiration, it can be re-tested. If it meets the standards, it can be used again. Transport as non-hazardous chemicals.
